I have just never liked the xbox tbh, can't quite put my finger on why though. I've never liked the controllers and I know it's a poor excuse as you can get PS shaped ones but I'm just a Sony man I guess. Infact, it's probably a Gran Turismo thing, I've loved the whole GT series so could never buy a Nintendo/xbox/Sega for that reason.

Sounds like the rant of a Xbox Fanboy

B'locks argued with real life factors, you argued with an inacurate sales quote.

But i would say that, im a PS3 fanboy.

Don't forget the xbox has been out considerably longer and games designers have had more time to push the machine to what it can do, PS3 is stil quite new. Remember how poor the 1st games were for the PS2 when it came out compared to the level of detail, framerate etc of the later games.

As time passes games will evolve and the fact is the PS3 has more processing power can only mean it will surpass the xbox (if it hasn't already). I'd guesstimate the latest games for PS are only pushing the machine to around 60/70% of what it is capable of.

Yes but conversely the X360 has a much better graphics chip and graphics architecture, what you give with one you take away with the other !

    Couldn't agree more Phil !

Either way get what you are most happy with and want to use, who cares what other people say ! Right where's my ZX80 ? ;) As long as it is water or phase change cooled I just don't care ....

Plus sony is working on "PS3 Home" thats a console based facebook. I heard you can make your own place to hang out with friends and play snooker etc:lol:

Also the TV app is coming out, Its a USB add-on but its HD TV over the internet.

The best is yet to come:p

until a better online experience is revealed then Il stick to fixing the 360 every now and then, but can see myself going back o Sony one day

have been a fan of all the GT'S on PS1, PS2, and concept however I am sorry to say Forza 2 IS better.

    (a) it's called progress (b) it is homogenisation of multimedia apsects (TV, Radio, Music, Films, Gaming, etc.). Give it 10 years and we will have one thing that does it all. We may not even have DVD's and standalone consoles. It'll be all online and streamed.

I shall now lambast you for your poor grammar and use of text language !
