Yep, you're right. Volume per min is more important than the pressure produced. Air tools always seem crap on cheap compressors though?

 

I'd disagree.

I have this one and a screwfix own brand 25ltr compressor and it works great.

It undid the crank bolt on a KR engine which is no mean feat. I also have to be careful with it with some bolts on my mk1 cabbie as it will easily snap them.

It does charge now and again but to be honest, you only whizz bolts on or off with it, so it's only running for around 4-5 seconds on each bolt. at this rate you can undo prob around7 - 10 bolts without a recharge.

It'll be fine.
