It is very nice to drive. Especially in the city. It is much better than any TDI but LSD is a must.
New VR6 clutch gave up on 5th gear so we work on stronger 228mm clutch setup.

    DP already wrapped

Serious amounts of torque throughout the rev range. [:D]

    Nice

    I did VR6 + Schrick VGI + 268 + BB throttle, VR6 + Vortech V9, VR6 + Garrett GT35R and BDB 3.2 VR6 to my Corrado over 9 years. I always wanted to do TFSI but never got around to it :(

Is your engine a K03 turbo? 1.5 bar normally sees 320-340 (brake)hp from with K04.

Excellent work, the hp and torque are superb

Awesome! I have a CCZA ea888 tsi waiting to go in my mk2 track car over the winter.

I don't think many people have realised this is a TSI rather than a TFSI, next generation on with a very clever valvetrain control and of course a very complex tri core ecu!

It is stock K03 from CCZA engine.
Engine is TSI and it is a bit different than TFSI. This software is not for everybody :) and needs some extra hardware mods.
Common power results from K03 are around 270hp.
The car drives 280hp software to save the charger. So far - no issues!

Tricore ECU is very fast too :)

Great build, I keep thinking about one of these in my Corrado with a DSG
