Eibach or Neuspeed ARBs` ??

    I know where there's a lovely hollow, adjustable rear roll bar.....it won't be cheap though.

    it's the same axle, should fit both. it's been on a mk2 G60.

    you sure mkII's and mkIII's are the same axle?

    give us a ball park figure then.

    I can't, it's not mine! I'll ask him how much he'll part with it for.

    It's 'essentially' the smae axle, but the ends the stub axles bolt to are wider on a mk3.

    Does anyone know if its easy enough to get Eibach ARB's at the moment, I was planning on getting a set at the end of january for my birthday...

    The rear ARB is the same whether you run a plus axle or a non plus axle

    Are the stubs the same on a MK2 and MK3 beam then?

    the mk3 ones have an extra hole in them for the ABS sensor, otherwise they're identical.

    front one is wider on the plus axle cars tho, picks up further out as far as i remember although my axle bits are 1997 so might be different to early mk3

    All MK3 front ARBS are the same, baring in mind the 5 stud/ 4 stud differences

    so 4 stud and 5 stud bars are the same? or all the 5 stud ones are the same?...help

    all 5 stud bars are the same (GTI 8V, 16V and VR6) and all 4 stud bars are the same

    Phatty - are you saying the the GTI and VR bars are different??

    VR6's are totally different, they have different wishbones, and the bars attach with little rods at the end, not like the eye bolts setup on a mk2.

    Paul, we are getting our wires crossed - that is what I mean by a 5 stud bar. As you say above, its different to a 4 stud bar.

    Paul aren't the VR and 8v the same as they are all plus axle?

    my 1997 8v gti stuff

    have a look at that and see what ya think?
