Anyone else running these solid mounts?

    CHECK YOUR STARTER BOLTS :o

Noticed a fair bit of engine shunt past couple of days, just checked and one of the starter bolts has fell out and the other two were loose [:s]

Must keep an eye on them in future [:$]

Solid engine mounts for you - I have a set of race-spec vibratechnics mounts on my Ibiza and last time we were at Cadwell, the intermediate and powersteering belts came off - initially thought it was a stone but actuallt the alternator had vibrated loose - its not the first time either - will check starter as well now.

    Cheers

Didnt realise you ran a solid mount Gary. Does anyone know who makes a solid mount for the Mk2 VR6 conversion?

if you run one of those mounts on the front and standard ones on the back aren't they going to flew and snap something on the front?

I'm just a bit worried it'll do more harm than good.
