finished 1 wheel

    hello everybody.

    a few weeks ago i bought myself of 15" 5spoker estolris(sp) that are off late spec 16v gti's and early 16v corrados

    was gonna pay someone to polish them but as im pretty skint decided to be a man and give it a go

    this is what one wheel looked like before

    and this is what the look like now


    can i have you HONEST opinions please, this is my first attemp at polishing

    maybe the angle i took it from, but if i take a top view my flash just makes them look dull so had to take a side shot

    Well to me..the untrained eye..it looks very good. pity about the mark on the nearest spoke.

    yeah gbolton, there are quite a few deep scratches that didnt come out

    hmm, maybe you just took pics at the right angle, they may well look poo in real life :p

    you can see a reflection but its not a great one
    ive tried all i can with the autosol but still nothing really

    I`ll sell you an old one it just needs a bit of a polish and it has a few scratches. ;)

    polishing wheel on a grinder will mke less work for u and bring up brilliant
