Fitting Side Skirts - MK2 - Update

    gsf sell new sill fitting kits i think, try there. the next guy who tries to remove your skirts wont thank you for bodging it on with some kind of silicone stuff

    Blue did you not use the clips at all? as two of mine are missing , same as you i have 2 screws each end to fix them

    I knew i should have called them. [8(]

    Gotta say though, the stuff i bought is great, and has done the trick. Took it out for a few hours on sunday and it seems to have stayed on lol.

    Cheers mate. I bought the Stick Like S*** from Scewfix. The guy there said its very similar to the Tiger Seal, so went for that :thumbup:

    halfords do a tigerseal equivalent its just (PU) polyurethane sealant. all polyurethanes are around about the same.
    its preparation and cleanliness that are key

    The reason mine came off was due to using some cheap adhesive !!

    Learnt my lesson [:$]

    can you get them off again if you need to? tiger seal is used?

    Hi, can some one tell me if the sill covers are sided ? if so how to tell the difference.
