fly wheel and cutch 20vt

i will try and source a g60 fly wheel and take some measurements of some clutch splines, i have a drw box out of a gttdi if it helps ??

I had a 2wd box and i couldn't fit the 02a clutch onto the spline, due to the shaft on the gearbox being bigger than the clutch.

 

i am just on with taking measurements off 02m clutch now so i can compare will post them in a min

 

I'v just spent cpl hours googling spec clutches problems, seems like fair few unhappy customers out there, also few people with problems like mine difficult to disengage/engage gear on heavy load high revs

 

i have the measurments for the 02m spinner plate and it is 240mm and the spigot shaft has 23 splines!!
can anyone tell me what diameter the g60 flywheel spinner plate is ??

 

g60 is 228 but cant find any info on the spinner plate splines

 

I think it is just under 230mm but not sure, i'l check

Sambo i saw your car at the fast show on sunday. Looks awesome

Im running a Spec Stage 3 clutch with an Aluminium Fidanza flywheel and the Clutch plate spindle in the middle has rounded off so obviously need a new one.

If your running a Spec clutch what is the noise like from the gearbox with this setup? the One i have is horrendous and i reckon this is part of the problem.

About to order a new clutch plate but think i will get a new billet steel flywheel at the same time.

My old one only last 5k miles and 1k of those were to Germany so not impressed.

Noise with mine is quite bad but only on idle in neutral

I didnt see you go up the strip unfortunately.

The noise on mine disappears when i press the clutch in, other times on idle its horrible.
