GT3 Tournament - Laguna Seca Raceway

Yeah it's dream theater... we don't play that in our main band. But me, the bassist and the guitarist play in a satch/vai/dream theater tribute band and play that stuff with them. Act II: Scene Six - Home off the same album is a firm favourite of ours!

 

Managed a 2'09 round a mates house last night, that was with one corner taken realyl badly so should be easily beaten.
If I get that again I'll take a picture.

Im quite suprised how much time you lot got on your hands when im the kid!
Just proves who works the hardest this day and age
Anyway i give up...

 

Ironically I seem to be busy whenever everyone else isn't and
have nothing to do when everyone else is slaving away...

Might have another go at that course tonight. 2.06.xx is
definitely within grasp- its all about not drifting even though the
car wants to... throttle control is as important as steering in drift
mode Might have to play more in drift mode, - I've always
avoided it in the past.

 

Has anybody seen the rally stage trailer for gran turismo 4, its just like the 1980's with people stood in the middle of the track running out of the way at the last moment.

 

I'm stumped, can't seem to get below the 2.09's

I've been reading about the new steering wheel aswell, 2 or so turns from lock to lock

 

I've been able to make up half a second by the first checkpoint but I always end up loosing it from the next hairpin onwards, though I did manage to get to the mid 2.08's last night.

It was something like 2.08.499, but its not been put on the leaderboard yet.
