The licencies are by far easier in this, Ive given up going for gold (for now) in the 1A and super racing now. D(Bleeding Thumbs)arnold

Started on the viper but was second then used the speed 12 beast on the supercar festival in manual problem free.

The N'ring is proving my nemisis, touching the brake just a tad to late is annoying. The hardest bit is remembering what corners next, my short term memory must be trashed do to years of alcohol abuse.

Someone said it earlier, but WTF does it save EVERY car you buy? I thought by turning off AutoSave, I could try them out, then reload, but no it saves everything [:x]

I now have a Caterham that I thought I could enter the Lightweight races with, but can't, and some pooty FWD cars I thought I'd try in the FWD races, oh and next to NO credits left!

And whilst I'm moaning... the cheapest mod of all (extra BHP for just 50 credit oil change) Why the f*** have they put all the time-wasting, unskippable animations in? I don't want to see some guy changing the effing oil! Neither do I want to see an unskippable 20 second build up to at least half the races I've done so far... [:x] [:x]

I CAN'T believe I have to do the effing licences AGAIN. Damn do they think we're all muppets. Already done them in GT, GT2 AND GT3. That's already 2 times too may...

yes but maybe not as much as I should have! very pleased with my Pug206/Amalfi guide lap; beat the demo by 1.5 secs [:D]

My patience is rapidly runing out now I've started doing the IA and S tests.....big step up in difficulty! what's going on with the damn 205 t16 at Chamonix?[8(] [:x]

More impressive is the GF's patience since the PS2 is on the living room telly......

yes I have to agree it took weeks and weeks of hard slog to do them all on GT2 (the Alfa 155 around the Rome "Night" circuit was particularly hard, IIRC) and I reckon they're much easier this time. I reckon the S will still give me trouble though, and the 'ring guide lap in the IA (sh1tty merc 190 [:x])

It's still "fun" at the moment; ask me again in a couple of weeks when I'm tearing my hair out!

The 'ring lap in the merc 190 isn't as hard as everybody says, I just missed out on gold by 1 sec on my first attempt. Watch you don't outbrake the lead car!

they're in driving missions, you get a car for every set of 10 you do, first 10 are fairly easy, the other 30 odd aren't

Can you actually get any traction when using a 1100bhp car?

You have to be careful with the tyres on the longer races, mashing the throttle is a sure way to lose your rear tyres! Can't apply full throttle til 4th gear in my XJ220!
