Halfords tool chests - a good budget buy?

I paid about 40 quid each. Bagged 2 and have abused them. for the money - not bad and does the job. Sod paying 1000's on a snap on one.

 

I went to look at these a couple of weeks back, as usual the in store staff assistance was.... well.... hmm.... Anyway once they found the key and turned it in the lock, we couldn't open all the drawers including another one elsewhere in the store. Not exactly a good advert so walked away in the end and went to my local tool supplier. They had a couple of units that felt better and I paid a bit more for a better product after striking a deal
