I dont think Ross Kemp is known as a 'hard man' or a trouble making wife beater...its his character. Dont think its funny either way. None of us know what really happened but it takes quite a man to report a thing like this.
None. As I said it only becomes an issue when the assailant is more powerful than the victim. If you're thinking in terms of self defence then supposedly you can use proportionate force. Bit of a grey area this.... Edited by: stew72
