for winter: for summer: some 8"x 15" BBS RMs with ET 15 don't have a pic o them but same as these... Edited by: darrynK
Hmmm, those wheels aren't really my kinda thing either, but I do love those ones of yours Darryn - both sets - you lucky git!! Great thread this is by the way Edited by: Mk2_Ozz
the autec ones i have are 4 stud, not 5 as in pic. they are gonna be re-furbed as soon as i finish re-furbing the BBS ones, as starting to look a little tatty. BBS are in process of being made 8" wide insted of the standard 6". see what you can do with real splits?
sorry but both do bugger all for me! autec ones look quite nasty! bbs are nice but well a tad boring! wudnt mind a set of Kosei Swords
autecs are a quality german company, not available in halfords. but they're just used for winter now to save cleaning BBS they actually look better on the car than in pic Edited by: darrynK
Both Darryn's sets are tasteful subtle wheels that will never age, and really suit his car, your baadboys................... Just my opinion so don't go bling blinging past to do a drive by on me! Alan
i think u's are all being a tad harsh on the rims! there made extremly well with no flaws that i can see.. u's havnt seen them on the car while lowered and on the road! once i get the car finished they shall suit it to a T
yeah, they're not really a mkIII, or a vw wheeel for that point. more of a jap car wheel. i like my little 15" vw wheels myself
iv a funny feelings most ppl on this forum are 30 odd years of age and think its adventerous to change a bulb..
Have a look round the forum a little more. You'll find plenty of people who happily swap engines in a day, build cars from shells, restore older VW's from rusty heaps etc etc. Now what are you talking about?
yes thats all very good but on the styling front all it seems to be are lowered cars on bbs rims and the like.. il be doing a good bita custom work and a full respray soon
