How low for a MK3??

    no chance SDJs car fell off the road because the suspension was freakishly low? lol

    i have no idea how you crashed but with a freakishly low car, no chance the suspension ran out of travel, you ended up on a bump stop confusing everything and sticking it in the hedge?

    i think cars that are so low are stupid when they have gone beyond the point of being practical

    No not really. Try cronic lift off oversteer in the wet at about 80mph!! I was sweating while that one was going down I tell thee!

    And there's no such thing as too low to be practical IMO!! Only the incorrect choice of route between A and B!!

    Aside from lift off OS the thing handled like it was on rails, suprised alot of people on Track with ridiculous corner speed!!

    No such thing as impractically low IMHO just the wrong route between A and B!! ;)

    ok. i just imagined it was bump related.

    lift off oversteer (LOO) is not fun at those speeds, esp in FWD. oversteer in fwd is annoying, its a passive thing where as in a rwd its more of an active thing.

    so yours gave you some very abrupt LOO? mine isnt too bad, was quite progressive on the Eagles, not been that far yet on the Paradas.

    just asked the question to the people selling the coilovers about whether the suspension will fit the GTi as its not clear in the auction as soon as there is confirmation then i will get them! cant wait sorted the tyres out on the Design 90's so one step closer i guess!!

    they those generic ones off ebay? lol

    arnt they all the same, they just put different mounts on so one coilover will fit any car?
