you reckon??? If it was original then definitely, but that doesn't look right to me... don't like big bumpers with out side trims and arches, don't like any of the lights not my cup of tea, wouldn't pay that for it even if i did like it!!!!
I don't give a f**k if its a rare model, or in nice condition, or has expensive mods to it......7500 for a mk2 golf is bloody insane jack!
For an original car it's got a lot of mods that I'm not too keen on. Most of them are reversable (lights, wheels etc) but the Audi door handles would be a pain to put right. Only a properly original car could begin to think about selling for that kinda money.
At the end of the day its a phat car, and phat cars demand phat money. see it in the flesh and you'll see what i mean
no, really they don't... standard, original, low mileage one in a million finds demand big money. a 'phat' car is some one's idea of a 'phat' car and certainly isn't mine.... you could buy 2 edition 1's for that money.....
Definitely gone beyond what was at some point a very cool car. There will be someone out there willing to pay somewhere near the price - finding that person is another matter...
If funds allowed I would happily pay 7500 for a mk2 if I liked it enough. I like that one too look at but for me personally i'd rather have Trev's car. Now GIVE Trev!!!!
That's true enthusiasm, but perhaps still quite foolish. Golfs are great cars, but once over the 5000 threshold you are in serious company. There is no way on earth I could pay anywhere near that money for a Mk2 Golf whilst something like THIS was on offer. Hang the build quality, that's one hell of a car.
Wow, who cares how much it costs? It was only a thread to see what I think is a great looking mk2. Blimey
