HIC seems to be a common choice on here, as does brentacre.

Renewed mine with HIC today, and the renewal cost was what i expected. They are very helpful.

6 years with Brentacre myself. No issues, always been very helpful.

Sometimes not the lowest quote out there, but not far off, and the excellent service more than makes up for it.

Had a full-loss claim four years ago, and the premium hardly moved.

Danny - Brentacre paid me for being on there books for the shear kudos of having my name on there.
Seriously though I have been with them a year now, just TPFT and I think its about 216. I pay monthly so there is a percentage for that in with that price as well. Seemed very nice, understanding, knowledgable guys.
See you at the next meet.

You won't pay much different as the main driver because you're technically fronting.

Ins co's often try it on at renewal, cause lots of silly people just pay it.

Shop around then phone them and i bet they reduce it.

However, i do have to say HIC are superb.

I used to work in car insurance actually. It's illegal and it's also the reason that premiums are that high on such cars. I managed to get cheap enough quotes on GTis when I was 17/18 because I just happened to know tricks of the trade and so forth, in the end I just kept the 1.6 that my dad gave me because it was a good bit cheaper. Trust me, insurance is always possible, you gotta pay to play.

the reason premiums are so high is becuase of the little bastar*s that right off 3/4 cars! and mummy and daddy just pay for there next one!

go on then please feel free to spill the tricks of the trade so you can help your fellow club members out to get cheaper insurance!
