This is how my current intercooler piping looks like -

I used the original pipe which has the 2 outlets. One for the DV and one for the vac line which goes to the N75.

You can see them here -

As im running OEM management, i need to use these two outlets. But i want to get rid of this pipe and put some new piping in.

How have people got around this without using the original pipe ?

I could use one of these in between -

But what about the other vacuum ?

I'd rather have a complete pipe with both outlets tbh.

Wouldn't mind seeing pictures of how others have got around this.

    Cheers

could you not get something made up for this?

Ie one hard pipe with the outlets for the dv and n75v, going straight to the intercooler?

Once mine starts ill be looking at routes and designs of the boost pipe.

dont know how much difference it makes but you could also find a shorter path aswell?

    Cheers for the reply

This is one of reasons im re-doing the piping, to create a shorter path.

I dont really know of anyone who would make one up for me tbh, plus i want it all to look nice, and the piping has to be polished.

Im sure ive seen some off the shelf piping which has these outlets.

Viper performance sell the weld on nipples or outlets that can be fitted to silicone hoses.

I've purchased one of those t-pieces you've shown above and was then just going to use one of the VP outlet options

Great idea. Was searching Google last night and someone on another fourm had also suggested this.

I might actually go for this option. Seems easier, and everything is off the shelf.

Cheers for the link, but it doesn't seem to be working ?

in relation to DuBAndy's links http://www.revotec.com/catalogue_SelfSeal.asp

for some reason you have an extra period after .com in your links lol

Rich i spoke to the revotech guys at the classic motor show a week or so ago and they were very help gave me some info sheets and templates to check what rad fan i would need etc and they said if they don't make something to fit they can custom laser cut sheet aluminium to the sizes etc you need (i know its not what your asking about but it might be worth giving them a call they might be able to help)

as for you boost piping could you not just order a bunch of piping of ebay and then route it exactly where you want and have it welded together and some ports thrown in at the same time?

it should cost much to do the piping will be the most expensive about 80-100 from price on ebay i've seen

I'll give them a call and see what they can do, cheers Mark
Might be a good idea to get the piping welded together.

Ive been looking up those take off's, and they seem expensive for what they are! Are they 100% leak proof though ?

it's the first time i've seen the take off's it seems a good idea in theory but i don't think i'd trust it tbh. Plus there not exactly cheap either considering you still need run a custom piping layout so you might aswell have them weld in place
