Interesting past few days.. Golfgirl's R32 is going to be 'famous'

    seems strange to recored the sound of the engine on the rollers when the rollers themselves make so much noise.

    car sounds sweet as, I really need to sort an exhaust for my R28 ;)

    I think it depends where the mic has been fitted & how close it is.

    Paul, the rollers they used are very quiet, well compared to Stealth's anyway..lol

    He can filter out the rollers sound using the software, but was even as picky to have the carbon canister purge solenoid which was clicking under the bonnet,unplugged!

    On one of the vids you can see the cushions taped to the back of the car to help deflect the sound of the rollers too.

    We listened to some of the finished sound clips and it sounded just like the car was being driven on the road.

    The sound clip doesn't do the sound any justice really.......even tho it did sound good

    I'm sure the tractor start up, nasty niff and turbo whistle of my Ashtray will cure that.

    sounds like an ill frog to me, too noisy, classic essex escort type of sound, i didn't think they sounded that rough/loud

    no offence, i just not a fan of weird car sounds
