    There's nowt wrong wi' a standard 8v.

    Especially a nice blue one ;)

    I don't think I've owned a car for a year yet! ;) Had the VR for 15 months so far, so I'm doing ok but getting itchy mk4 feet again [:D] hmmm decisions decisions...

    yep it had a cage, luckily all the running gear is ok, so it will all go in my 5 door mk3 td, when the solicitors have had their little fight.

    poor old diesel, and i was one of few to be fortuanate to go in it before it was killed, poor car. sooo fast. poor car

    Cool, i got the exhaust and filter cos i read on here that it sounds like a TVR! tell me it's true, pleeease! :) :)
    As for headlights ive seen a lot that i like but its all a question of wonga. Yours are sweet, so are these...

    I'm running the Vortech Kit now, it's pretty good, really need to get my car mapped out and tweaked properly though.. I'm considering a change in engine management (highline maybe) just to get a bit more out of it.

    Ran a 14.4 at pod last summer so I can't knock it.

    Raceland Coilies are doing the business in the suspension department, and I'm quite happy with them. No problems at all, nice ride, good hold in bends.

    Can't compare em to other coilovers cus I've had shocks and springs on my past cars. All I know is it's 500% better than the VR's 'boaty' standard set-up.

    A lot of work gone into that - looks good [8D]One thing I would do though is paint the mesh.....

    That was the one I sold back in September (now in London I think?) and I bought a Mk4 Turbo

    Sold it last weekend and am going to pick up another Mk3 16v soon...... ;)
