    ok this is my attempt to put a 20v into mk1 never done nothing like this before [:^(]
    was going to put abf in but had engine problems. like to thank rubjonny and bens_cab for all there help so far and Toyotec for ecu

    heres my car 1983 helios blue

    engine agu 80k

    brought some bits what i think is needed all from gsf

    water pump part no 170vg0253
    cam belt part no 131vg0220
    cam belt tens(m2 16v) part no 132vg0300
    turbo gaskets
    fuel filter part no 121vg0050

    new ko3s turbo

    took stuff of engine a/c p/s wiring loom just got to put turbo on and fit water pump and cambelt and tensinor , also found a nice 8mm spacer in my garage just got tosort out bolt

    dont know if this needs stuff taking of it as it looks bi :p

    gearbox ive got a seat 02a with clutch cable on the way will update

    lol thats if can finish it after reading reading for 3 months on this forms i fought about the 20v i fought i try it im just taking step at a time there are so may black pipes lol i dont know where to start
    im gunna try to give as much info of what i do so it can help other people who ant got a clue like me :)

    asfor the pipe take them all off until the engine is in the bay it may help you in the long run once the lump is mounted you can start piecing the water system together

    done a bit today engine bay is ready with all fuel lines. all cables sorted just waiting for my engine mounts then can get it in, engine is already aswell

    got my mounts today woop woop can final put engine in weekend mounts paint chiped in delivery glad they are here

    well final got the engine in today what a mission knackard now . engine is sitting on 3 mounts but seems high to me, the back mounts needs tightening so hope the bonnet will close then but glad that its in

    02a gearbox with valbonds engine mounts gunna use seat clutch cable as i ant got a clue with hydroic stuff crazyquiff sell a hydro clutch kit bolt on so might look at that in futher

    While your at it it may be worth trying to get an 02j shifter for an improved shift.

    i put in a corrado shifter in now , as i had a m8 whom had 1

    also running a hotgolf lighten flywheel(cheers mart :) and abf flywheel with vr6 clutch

    done some more today intercooler in, rad in , all heater matrix pipes done. moved water bottle to driver side . just working out which way i gunna run the boost pipes nearly there man im never gunna attempt this again lol i was in two minds today to rip it all out and get engine bay painted , then i fought nahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    just got sort out my g60 brake set up now got the calipers and g60 disk . just thinking what the best brakets

    Epytec every time. 1 piece makes for a more solid application, using spacing washers isn't the best idea out there although it does work.
