    Are you still using this as the mounting point for the anti roll bar? If you haven't already beefed it up then I suggest some additional welding.

    Some of the local Aussie manufacturers had the same idea back in the 80's but even running a skinny 16mm bar was too much for my mounts. They just weren't strong enough and eventually ripped out.

    I know this is some bump!

    I stumbled on the engine bay of this car while searching the net.

    What became of this project in the end. Appreciate we all get more occupied as the years move on!

    Mike the owner, said in a facebook post, that the car now has a GTX3076 and a new manifold.

    Bit of a gap between posts!

    A good friend of mine Tucan and Fred finished off the golf for me ready for mapping. A number of things needed tidying etc. It has been a slog to get it fired with no spark then nu fuel but that has been sorted now. Andy at AMT has had it splutter into life so we now just need to map it.
