Rite in between other stuff I havent forgotten about the car...It pleads with me everytime I am out in the garage to put it back together. So anyway currently the plans are to finish off the widetracking something I probably should have done when I first built the car. Finish off heatshielding areas at risk of radiant heat from the manifold/turbo area. Maybe one day get my new wheels before christmas. Brakes, and i need to build another triangulated rear beam and build it up with Seat stubs, hubs and discs. Hopefully all this plus the addition of slicks will get the car handling better than before not that it was bad just not good enough. Hoping the AP's will give me better modulation over the old porsche brembos as it was pretty scary locking the brakes at the slightest touch before, if not then a pedal box will be winging its way to me, anyway some photos as everyone likes that. Bit of heat shielding yet to cut holes in my bonnet to let the heat out. re-conditioned VR6 upright and associated parts. The brakes which i still need to make up brackets for.
Good to see an update man, hopefully the wheels will be here before being classed as a christmas present!!
