Mk3 Golf Colour Concept register

    Hi guys new to the site! Im the proud owner of a cc in yellow 3door no sunroof merc wheels etc, projects starting to come together now and hopefully road ready, then for paint

    Hi all, i been a site and cgti member since september 2011 after i manged to find a 3 door cc gti in black m reg with a bit of tax & mot left on it. It needs some tlc to bring her back up together and with some luck its not to far gone. i been doing some work on the body work myself and hope to have a new mot on her soon and have her back on the road again. i have some photos of the work i been doing on her and hope to get them up on here some time soon

    Im looking at poss getting a black one of these, anything else that was stock spec/common extra over the list above?

    Whats been covered so far as for the spec of the cc models is really it. Im looking at keeping mine as closer to original as i can.

    I broke a yellow 3 door 95 c/c while back, only because it was way past any sort of help!!

    The only things body wise on mine which needed doing was a couple of plates welding on the rear floor pan around the bung holes which tend to go. The lacquar was bad on the boot and had some rust bubbles starting to show in a few place's which i manged to sort and respray to tidy it up. apart from that the body in not to bad a shape for its age.

    One more less as well, I have bought a full interior from a Red 5dr that was being broken on ebay. Cleaned it up and looks great, just got to get the bolster fixed to make it perfect.:thumbup:

    My bolster gone in the same place on the drivers seat which is common due to there age. Got mine booked in for its mot on thursday the 30th. So if all's good then its back on the road and all go

    I got some pics which i been taken as i been fixing mine up. Got them stored on photobucket, so think i should sort it and get some put up on here.

    Yeah, get them on. Need to get hold of everyone's registration so i can makea log of the cars still about. Also need to find out the registrations of the onesthat have gone.

    Im quite interested to find out myself how many there is left now. As i expect quite a few have been ripped apart for there interior.

    I get on it today and get some pic's of mine up on here. Its good to see this thread revived again.

    Fair play, nice! Have to say i am not keen on the rear lights, but each to thier own.

    We all got our own likes and dislikes. But its good as it makes us diffrent and our cars uniquie to us. I got a thread going in members cars of some of the work i been carrying out and done over 8 weeks to mine with pic's.:thumbup:
