    probably... that's a corvette... popular over here! maybe a little too popular. i'd prefer a camaro or GTO before one of those.

    i do remember my mates wife getting 299.9 on the rollers in her Golf Ltd.I do believe bill had his seat there!!;)

    1990 Mk2 - 1.8T conversion 340bhp 337lb/ft
    Weight - bit stripped but goes tits up when I get in it!!!!! hence the need for a blower

    some of these cars are fast as hell. i can't wait untill i get my stuff done!

    i couldnt tell you how much power mine has.

    last time it was on rollers it came out at 174bhp and 145lbft. in real life it could be absolutely anything and since then ive done more work to it anyway.

    weight wise, mine is high 1100s anyway, so with 30 empty fag boxes, some cds and some xmas cards in the back, its gotta be about 1200kg.

    not sure where the best place is to start losing weight really.

    would help if i drove the thing more really

    maybe with a knackered angine - and being towed by a lambo?!?:lol: only kiddin.

    mines standard mk2 16v - 139 bhp, weighs something like 850 kg's.
