    Looking good!

    try
    http://www.xlr8.co.im/

    for air horns.

but its not just the longest length that will give you the torque. the inlet tract has to match your car also

    Cheers vwj1m,
checked them out already they might be able to help, tho my bodies arnt usual size and make, so i might have to source original mv agusta air box and utilise it

    Your setup looks well

there is a good read about length of inlet tracts and size of plenum chamber in this months "Practical Performance car" mag

Aparently most 4 cyl engines need very long inlet tracts

Its all to do with positive and negative air pulses improving volumetric eficiency of engine.....

For the inlet manifold they were making ideal length of inlet was 30"-s long!
That wasnt for itb-s tho but a normal efi with single throttle bodie

    Worth a read tho

Im fairly sure 3bar is enough fuel pressure for you...

My car uses a fixed rate FPR set at 3 bar & provides ample fuel for 200ish BHP with 268/276 cams & 7600rpm

I know thwe injectors are running at close to their maximum duty cycle @ the top end, but the fuelling is bang on!!

15MPG would suggest the flow of Optimax is ample too [:$] [:$]

just follow the pin numbers on the ecu, each pin number relates to where it connects on the engine, there might be a loom in me mates yard if you need one :)

If you can get hold of a loom that would be grand Louis!
    [:D]

I am just trying to bolt up pick up wheel, how did you center yours so its perfect as i belive crank sensor needs to be very close to it?

I wan't be using power steering so the pully its off and i will bolt pick up wheel straight to the crank pully

I fitted a socket into the centre of the crank pulley(dont remember the size but was a perfect fit)then had the pick-up wheel centre taken out to the size of the socket on a lathe :)
