So, the OZs arrived this week and look fantastic!! I've subsequently purchased a set of Yokohama AD08 competition oriented tyres in 195/50R15, which should arrive next week. First track day is Nov 20th, can't wait [:D]

Will hopefully be giving the AD08s their first outing on the road tomorrow, if the weather stays dry  Just bought them online via Demon Tweeks in the end, seemed as a good a price as anywhere else. They certainly look / feel more track oriented compared to 'normal' road tyres, so it'll be interesting to see how they perform.

    Will keep you posted Matt!

    How did it go mate?

Got a couple of prices for some Tyres.

    AD08's 72.80 +Vat Fitted
    R888's 118 +Vat Fitted
    Toyo T1R's 43 +Vat Fitted.

Thinking about getting a set of T1R's for the time being before i get really into it and then go for an expensive set.

Didn't get round to trying them out in the end, as I had a load of other work to do on the car. I was supposed to be doing a track day in it tomorrow but will now be doing it in my S4, as there are still a few jobs that need doing before I'm happy to run it out on track.

Will let you know how they peform when I finally get round to trying them
