45mm bodies are ok for an atmo 8v subject to spec. I've used 45mm bodies both choked down to 38mm and as they come, with very little to choose between them...thats on 190hp spec 1800's.

If it's more road spec then a 40 or 42mm body is more than enough subject to the final spec.

    Hello all

The pictures of the obx itb are frm my engine.
    Some measurements:

    Gasket 39mm
    ITB side head: 38mm
ITB side of the stacks: 48mm
    Stacks themselves 53mm

Yes, I only use the turbo as a silencer, for what else would I use it? :o

We cannot complain about the quality, has been completely taken apart and bolted back together and no flaws found.. For 550$ you cannot go wrong.. If they do not work, it was a cheap test.

    want another picture?

Please note that it is in the middle of the buildup, so not everything is where it should be or is mounted correctly, ... so if you see something wrong: it will be fixed.

Sorry for the short first post, I'm still at the office...

Seems I did not have replies enabled, so sorry for the delay [:D][:D]

Yes, it is a drysump system, bought from INA Engineering. Changed the pump later on to one sourced from Bar-Tek as the old one leaked oil.
Side note on the ITB: when put under boost they were leaking everywhere up to a point where we ran out of options to get it sealed. Butterflies removed, all holes welded so now it is an expensive intake manifold...
Turbo is a Comp Turbo (spec +400 hp), manifold is from SPA Turbo straight from Brazil.

    Someone asked pictures:
