What happens when you get older and decide FWD is FTL and RWD is FTW.

Will laser removal be excellent and painless by then?

Each to their own and that, but I don't think I'd get any sort of brand tattoo on me!

Hasn't Robbie Savage got an Armani tattoo?

ftw is for the win, im guessing ftl is for the loss. basically, rwd is better ;)

im paul on this one, imo, it does look good even though im not big into tattoos, but its branding and i wouldnt do it. one of the essex girls has vw sign at the top of her neck, if i can find a pic i'll post it up.

Why dont you stick to RWD forums then? Now that youve obviously seen the light and the rest of us are wrong

I always wonder how many people regret having tattoos, I suppose if it’s in a discrete place it doesn’t really matter. An old instructor had tattoo’s from neck to toe apart from the areas you could see if he was wearing a suit, his reasoning was that he wasn’t likely to be refused a job on the account of his appearance

Off topic I suppose but aren't those figures from 1997 or something?

Official timed Nurburgring times show almost exactly the opposite, in fact a quick google for most tracks show mostly the opposite (with RWD and 4WD being drastically faster).

But in fairness, I know some mad fast FWD cars/Drivers.

RWD must be the more common format for a reason, not withstanding the vastly superior physics given by having separate driving/cornering wheels.

    They're not 1997, no.

The point is why rub people up the wrong way?

Justifying RWD on the basis of Nurburgring performance detracts from the alienating blanket statement made.

There's a way of having the tatoo discussion, without going there.

    Good point well made Chris.

Sometimes I am a little 'too' direct.

That is seriously gay, the fact it's a VW emblem aside (which is bad enough) the actual design of it to start with is apauling, it looks w*nk!
