That is a horribly badly done tattoo, she should scrape it off with a Surform file and try again...

Hairy arms wouldn't be a problem for me as i don't have hardly any hair on my upper arms & what is there is very fine.

Retired now lol, but yeah it's not perfect though looks better in the flesh but not bothered in the slightest .
