Sound of a VR at full chat.

I just gotta say ta for that, I sold my Vr6 about 2 months ago and I miss it dearly, that video bought back a few good memories

Says that it cant find the codec hence why it only plays sound.

What did you use to make it?

 

Used a sony camcorder.. then i edited it on a program called studio 8. Any ideas?

 

Are those figures for a 2.9 o 2.8 Deako?

 

The Jetta VR6 was a 2.9 with 210bhp / 197lb ft
The Golf VR6 was a 2.8 with 196bhp / 210lb ft

The Golf drove amazingly well, now owned by Veedubber on here. Best Mk2 ive ever owned. [:^(]

 

I got to admit that was a nice car deako, but as always, it was sold

 

Have to ask (sorry bit off topic) why is a mk3 VR6 more expensive for me to insure than an Audi S3? Is there any obvious reasons why that's the case, and i'm talking about the VR6 being 400 more, even though its a 3000 car vs a 12000 S3?!

 

There is a simple equation that I like to use when it you try and figure out the logic of insurance companies come up with quotes for cars. And it is:

these VR6s are awsome. How much wud a conversion cost, paying someone to do it and for parts, from a 91 16V mk2, 3 door? Me being 18 now I can forget about it though lol.

Could i make a 16V sound nearly as cool as that? without sounding fake?

 

I doubt it mate, you need an extra 2 cylinders and a really bad flowing head for that sound

I've had my vr6 for over 2.5 years now and I still can't get over the noise it makes when I give it some welly, it's just plain f*cking evil.
