    11 - Dodgy VW ECU mapping that causes a flat spot on AGG engines.

    Although it IS nice to know that this didn't happen to just me. But ya know, VW undoubtedly has it there for whatever reason... probably emissions related :(
    But just think, if there weren't little issues like that, we'd probably get bored, right? ;)

    1. All Mk3s
    2. Pierburg Carburettors
    3. Distributors on 1.1/1.3 MK1s
    4. Slow wipers on Mk1 GTIs
    5. Mk2 Golf Rallyes
    6. Stupid resprays in bright colours
    7. Stupid exhausts, particularly DTMs
    8. Chrome detailing
    9. Overlarge Rims
    10. Anyone in a Golf under the age of 25 with any of the following attributes

    A: Irritatingly loud stereo
    B: Baseball cap in any orientation
    C: An arrogant or overbearing attitude problem

    1) over 16inch wheels on mk1 or 2
    2) under 17 on mk3 and 4
    3) m3 mirrors on any
    5) neons
    6) body kits unless mk4 and its subtle
    7) clear windows, but not limo tint either ;)
    8) sagging rear ends
    9) mk3 8v gti's
    10) 5 door [xx(]

    ok you can get away with 16s if there fat wheels, on the whole i prefer bigger wheels on newer cars smaller on older

    and five doors is ok if you have kids. my sister has a five door driver mk2.

    1. Peirburg carbs [:x] [:x] [:x]
    2. Three spoke alloys [xx(]
    3. Rusty Fuel necks [:x]
    4. People that have to plaster their car with stickers with the name of the car [xx(]
    5. An old bid I saw driving an R32 the other day [:[]
    6. The OTT euro look

    A few of Golf Hates:-

    1. Coloured lenses
    2. indoor swimming pools
    3. excessively lowered cars
    4. 17" rims on mk2's, except perhaps Rallyes....
    5. single wipers...don't kid yourself, they're cack

    Just a few of mine ..

    1.Rear wings so big they double as a sundeck [:x]

    2.Flush tailgates [:s]

    3.People with excessive bass just for the sake of it. Quality not quantity people !

    4.Tinted windows and neon washer jets :thumbd:

    5.T*ssers in Saxos who think I want to race them :lol:

    I could go on ... and on ...

    Tinted windows are real nice on some golfs.

    Washer jets are just pants on anything..

    I find them quite useful really, especially during the winter. Got them on all my current cars and hope to have them on all future ones too.
