    I cant wait to come across and have a look, trying to get out of the garage for an afternoon seems be impossible though [:^(]

    Bit of progress today [:D] finally got the last corner of the suspension fitted, hope to get it on the ramp next Saturday and the fuel pumps mounted

    what time? i was in all day (7.30am till 8.30pm) Just locked the door for 5 mins as I went round to the body shop through the back door. all you had to do was ring [:s]

    I managed to get all the rod ends & wheels on today and pointing in more or less the right direction, managed hour before someone disturbed

    Binned it, BINNED IT! :o :o that was an Oettinger grille. sold it for aprox 80 :lol:


    No point in keeping it as it won’t fit with the round MK2 headlights it’s having in it

    Have I missed the part where you talk about having mk2 headlights??

    If so can anyone point me at the right page? As much as I don't do any work it would take a while to sift through

    Gutted!! It was about 12.45, there was no mitsubishi and the shutter door was down. I've got a new work phone but havent swapped the numbers from the old phone to the sim card yet[8(]

    I had finished for the day as well, we could have got your car finished and gone out for a blast.

    Id collected a VRS from a customers house and gone to work in it. glad I missed you as Ive seen what happens to cars you work on, they either set on fire or rust away :lol:

    Will put some pictures up tomorrow (forgot to transfer them from the laptop to dongle) its ridiculously wide :o :o if I make it road legal Ill be charged twice the going rate for road tax it takes so much of the road up :lol:

    You just reminded me, i haven't measured my garage door [:$] , would be funny if i stick those gay arches i have like yours on & it won't fit back in :lol: .

    And even funnier if you fitted them inside and had to knock the garage down to reverse it out!
