This may help for your clutch set up, the Reeves Mk1 had a servo to reduce the clutch weight this could be used on one or both clutches to reduce the weight.

You may be able to pipe both clutches together; the hydraulic pressure may give equal clutch pressure.

Others may be able to comment in more detail on the actual set up on the Reeves car

Sorry for stealing the pictures but not sure how to post the a link direct to the picture in question

that's bloody brilliant. given me a bit more inspiration to get mine finished.

what about 1 or 2 race batteries stashed under the driver and pax seats?

fuel tanks look to be a good solution. i am sure i have seen a video somewhere of an atl tank that was filled with fuel and driven over. it never split, just deformed into a weird shape.

i love to see threads with cars like this. mag's can only show so many pictures of a finished article. web forum project threads give you the chance to see a project evolve, look at the detail of the build, ask questions. i am also sure that the people who are doing the project enjoy the support, advice and plaudits they recieve from them.

I was thinking of having an assisted clutch set up but they would have to be individual systems only linked by the original actuator, I was thinking of two clutch master cylinders operating another two master cylinders on a leaver before operating the slave cylinders. Simple when you say it quick

Im going to start with a simple set up as its having two new VR clutches which are light anyway when new, if its too stiff Ill alter the system setup later.

    Good thinking though

Its on already but no comment from the c0cks that though old the banana with a VR in it was built by Satan himself (VW never made a Corrado VR in yellow for those who were wondering)

Turned up for the Corrado AGM years ago only to be told on the gate that it cant be a VR because its yellow, must be a very expensive exhaust on it that makes that noise then

Front was mapped by Jabba and the rear by JBS, both claim 235bhp, Jabba graph shows a little more I think but Id think it was more like 220-225 each at the moment, 440-470 for the pair shouldnt be a bad start [:D]
