upper firewall mount fitted so the harness will fit round the cage infront of it, the rusty bit is a front engine stabilizer mounting with a rose joint onto the upper cage brace.

uprights fitted for the fuel tank mounts to bolt to just inside the rear quaters
    [IMG]

firewall mounts tacked in place, hope to fit the fuel pumps under the floor out of the way.

Have you drawn up plans or are you just doing bits as you think of them?

Thought about it for a while after seeing the one VW built in the 80s but the spare engine just pushed me to do it.

I was thinking the exact same thing! I was going to say.....either your a very fast worker with a lot of time on your hands or most of this is actually already done.

Lucky ****e either way tbh....If only I had the room.

Unbelievable work... Credit for even thinking about doing it, let alone going the whole hog, cutting out the boot floor and getting the lump in.

Passenger footwell will hopefully be occupied by frightened passenger and camera equipment

made about 6 dummy fuel tanks out of cardboard (yes I know theyll leak) and the only one I could find a home for was the drag race tank + I dont want fuel anywhere near me without some sort of fire wall
