Oh sorry, i skipped through it and must of missed that bit. will look now. cheers!

If i get stuck il ask.

Im using a turbo timer to allow for purge timing while being able to lock and leave the car, plus it cools the turbo too.

Not an issue mate...the additional tanks fuel line route is in my members motors post...the switch takes its feed from the heated screen switch...I used triple core insulated cable from the switch to both solenoids...the veg oil filter is cable tied to the rad fan housing (about the only place it can go) and the fuel heater is just to right of the rocker cover with the coolant being supplied from the thermostat housing to expansion tank hose

I had my first casualty possibly related to running veg oil...the leak off pipe between inj 3+4 had started to leak...I replaced all leak off pipes with viton pipe as this is veg oil resilient.

I also had a little play with vagcom to see what influence my weber alpha torqbox has and the only thing that is visible is injection quantity goes from 4.0mg/str to 1.6mg/str...the fuel temperature was not effected as I first imagined it to.

I'll add some pics and a video once I get home

Try logging pump voltage n108 it should be called i think over a known acceleration run. 3rd gear up a hill works well. Do this twice once on and once off, that should show you what the alphabox is doing.

Be warned, their viton bosch pump seal kit is not full viton, the pump head seal is green which means it is not viton, viton is black
