resize them using an image manipulation program, like Paint shop Pro, or Photoshop.... There's also MS Photo Editor and also if you're desperate MS Paint.... (that's assuming you have a PC and not a Mac!)
you have to resize them yourself in an image editing programme paint might be able todo it. then you will have to re-load them back onto your webspace. http://photo.starblvd.net/~weemarky/1-1-1.jpgthat's the url of your picture. you put that in the image brackets as i've explained in your post in the testing section.
the image on ur site is still 640x480. you said it had been resized? as said above- you have to put the pic on the web again in the smaller size

Wee Marky, how do you manage to type every word with a capital?! More to the point, don't go changing the wheels on an Anni, decent ones are rare enough already!! (Presuming it's a real Anni!)
Looks nice mate, but I would say that cos mine looks very similar from the outside! Agree with MrBen, dont change the splits for 1 inch bigger non splits, if you want 17's then upgrade keeping the split rims (RX2's). You could probably sell the anni wheels for over 500 if they are in good nick, more if perfect. Use this to budget higher for RX2's! Anni wheels can only be bought from VW, at about 350 each rim new, so they are worth something (assuming u didnt know this). Nothing wrong with RX's, but you already have splits on your car so it would be downgrading a little bit. Quality, not quantity.
