What intercooler

Im using the g60 corrado rad with a sprinter intercooler which is massive

aky31 - Have you got any pics?

I'm interested, because a lot of people told me to run a sprinter intercooler, but I got some specs on one, and it worked out that it would be about 6" too high for the bonnet to close!

There must be 2 options of sprinter intercoolers or something like that. Someone else also told me that you have to take one of the end caps off, and have it put on the other way around. Did you have to do this? I was worried that it might not seal again after that, so didn't bother researching any more.

Hiya ive got mine to sit in as in the pics, to clear the bonnet catch i have had to set the intercooler on a sight angle to allow the bonnet to shut but this works fine. As for swaping the ends round i dont thin this will work as the the caps would be facing the wrong way with this intercooler at least.

The intercooler is a sprinter intercooler but i removed it from a VW Lt with a rear end shunt.

i will post more pics when the car back from the spray car.
