Hi, thought i'd start a thread to see what everyone got planned for there motors in 2006.

    Im doing :

Respray the rest of the car that didn't get done after the break in

    Refurb my rims

New alarm / Some tasteful ICE

Crystal fogs, one of mines broke so might as well

    Crystal Headlight kit

Might build a 2lt 16v engine up even though it still runs well and flies

My car looks like this at the mo (no new pics, these are from summer)

MOT and tax on the mk1, re-spray roof and wing on new mk2 as it had been lightly crashed when I bought it...

    nice looking mk2 that!

I'm cutting the roof off my corrado and getting rid of the sunroof.

New wheel bearings all round, with new porsche fitment hubs.

Boxster S calipers up fromt on 323mm 993 Turbo S discs, boxster calipers on the rear too, discs undecided as yet.

New suspension to be bought, brand to be decided at autosport in Jan.

pulling the whole rear axle off for modifcation andpowdercoating, ditto with the front wishbones, changing those to something "different" too.

need new tyres, 265/35/18's are a tad too big for a corrado!!

hopefully I'll find a buyer for the beige leather trim too so I can get on with stripping the car out and fitting a roll cage (making my own at work)

oh, and then there' the engine. got another 3.2 24v in it, but looking to ditch the fussy factory management and go for Autronic or somethign similar. Bin the coil packs and the DBW and all that emmision control crap that goes with it, it's too finicky and i'm sick of it throwing codes.

so, you could say I'll be busy!

Fit the projektzwo mirrors (copies from the US) i got and the Cult Society rear plinth. Probably a set of HID's to get fitted in the near future for the Hella Celis lights to run through the rest of winter. And get my BBS wheels refurbed in March ready for Summer. Here a few pictures from last summer (August) and some of the parts to be fitted still... [:$]

Hopefully fit the webers I bought back in summer 2004, and fit the rest of the parts I've been collecting over the last year.

And get my Mk1 back on the road (Its only taken me a year to do a simple engine swap).

loads of possible things I'd like to do, most of which probably wont get done, but I can dream

sort odd bits of rust then spray matt black because I can't afford a proper respray..
possibly try and DIY some all red rear lights

    buy mattig steels preferably in 7" + 8" x 14"
which means I might have to fit Gti arches..

mod Gti clocks so the rev counter works with the diesel engine

tidy interior - matching rear bench for corrado front seats, tidy stereo make pods to fit speakers in doors...

possibly a bigger turbo if I can find one cheap (kkk k24 if anyone knows of one ;) )
and weld up a new downpipe and whole new exhaust sytem with no boxes if I can get some cheap 2.5" tube
if that happens I'll probably be forced to upgrade the intercooler pipework...

and many more things as and when I get the money/things break etc.

That's the coolest looking set of german plates I have ever seen. Really makes the car look 110% better.
