    Darcey is a Ragdoll Seal colourpoint.

    We also have a girl Ellie who is a Bi Colour Ragdoll

    Taken last year with the old trusty 1000D and a 70-300.

    How did you find using these things Stu. Are they trickiy to use and get good results or straight forward. Any tips and info would be usefull:thumbup:

    Takes a lot of trial and error!

    Getting your rig in the right position is critical (ie, distance from subject and angle), and whether you want to use a shoot-through or reflector. Mine can switch between the two very quickly.

    The shot above was with the shoot through and I had a helper hold it pointing straight down about 5 feet above the subject.

    About now you`ll be wanting to get a brew on and read/absorb Strobist 101. :thumbup:

    Couple of UV filters to fit all lenses

    A spare battery, kit flash and iPad to store and upload on the go.

    Love the little Sony still learning but the quality of the pics it dan take is still breathtaking for such a compact and stylish camera - love it.

    If anyone is interested i might have my Canon 5D up for sale. Its just had a full rebuild and refurb, its like brand new now.

    these days 90 percent of the time the above gets left at home and i use the Sony HX9V i carry in my pocket ;)
