Which mk1 golf top mounts?

I've eventually got round to buying a set of the compbrake top mounts.

Can anyone give me some pointers on installation, namely what bolts did you use to fix the mounts to the top of the turrets, and what position works well i.e. recommended caster settings.

Set up is for hillclimb / sprint - cornerweighted - 5` caster - 1 or 1.5` negative camber - toe @ 0`
