Will a Golf MK2 1.3 Engine work with Polo 86C Stainless manifold

I've recently been looking into changing my exhaust for my 1.3 Golf ive read through this thread a fair bit:

I am looking into a POLO 86C manifold, I've read that I will need to modify it slightly to get it over the subframe but I am happy to do so. If not are there any other options as to something that would fit?

it fits the engine , bit more than a slight mod to get it over the subframe though

 

How much more modification is it?

 

best have a look at the pictures online and decide if you can do it

the polo one goes straight under the car in a straight line , golfs need to hump up over the subframe
