I know its not like anyone cares, but i just got my first "decent" insurance quote!
1640, 480 excess with HIC, though did ask flux who said 2700! arent they the same company? The put me through to Volksworld insurance, which turned out to be HIC again!
Only tried HIC n Flux, any other companies i should try? Sorry bout my lil rant, just wanted to share it with the world!

    HE HE!

Lol, when your 18 years old, im 19 on monday. Still high but that 1640 means i can actually drive a decent car, and also have something better than everyone else in my area! he he! im 18, bein drivin a year n 6 months, with 2 accidents, im not a morning person [8(] it makes sense if you know how much i want to drive it! n my mods dont cost me any extra, i have a friend whos 19 already with a 1.4 Fiesta and his alloy wheels cost him an extra 500 on his quote!

I currently pay 1.5K, but then I have a CD10, so it seems decent to me :-)

As of october its going down to 950 courtesy of the ever excellent Brentacre though!!

How did you get a "driving without due care and attention" penalty?

I'm 22, 2 years ncb, 6 points and 1 crash (my fault 1000 damage) within the last 5 years and a 16vT with all mods declared 1034 from Brentacre who i will probably go with.

But thats before i remembered i actually have 3 years ncb so it should come down even more.

Turning from a major road into a minor, old idiot driving too fast didnt see me and hit me, however as it was major to minor, automatically my fault.....

That's a lot of money to spend on insurance!

I'm paying 790 fully comp with guaranteed no claims (5 yrs) on the S4.

Was banned for 9 months in 2004 and had several accidents...

    I'm 26 btw
