    PS3.

The new Xbox 360 is slightly more appealing now that it has the larger HD, built in wireless etc. But my PS3 has had that since day 1 and the obvious massive plus of Blu Ray.

The old argument of the PS3 having no games is no more, and the costs are quite similar nowerdays too.

Horses for courses at the end of the day, they're both very capable systems. I personally think this poll will end up with the Xbox edging ahead.

The xbox gets more content in 1 week than the ps3 gets in 1 month

Saying that you can easily pick up branded Blu Ray standalone players for less than 100 now. I bought a no-name one last year for less than 50! Bought as a present though as i dont need it what with the PS3

Had a 360 back when they were new and it didn't really float my boat.. I can't get on with the controllers.

    Bought a PS3

Blueray sealed the deal, it not only makes the price easier to swallow, it's a 'good' blueray player too, I've seen Bluray on these cheap supermarket players, they look the same as DVD's.

This is probably a Div question, but are Xbox's in HD? I remember mine only came with a scart lead and didn't have a HDMI port (I think) tbh didn't look all that sharp, because without that I don't see the point. I remember taking my PS down to my mates house for a boys night in, he's not got a HD telly and it looked pretty **** in SD, just like a PS2 game really.

Xbox 360s can certainly display HD. The boggo versions dont come with HDMI but all versions can take component cable so will be able to do HD over that.

ive just tipped the xbox into the lead!

I had always had playstations untill ps3 came out and then i switched to xbox as most of my mates had them and i really didnt fancy the price or the choice of games when the ps was launched, would still go for an xbox now though if i was looking to buy one

All versions of the 360 now come with HDMI ports. Have done for about 2 years.
