Mk 5 R32 is port injection, like MK3 R32 but the fuel supply to the injectors is returnless.
The reason for the table is to show even if you physically plug in MK5 injectors running a MK4 ME7 control system with FPR rail, your ECU calculation for injection time from fuel flow will be off. This can be corrected but not with DIY knowledge.

Got my engine today!!! Well chuft, it looks brand new. I met the guy at Hilton Park Service at birmingham and dragged it into my van (dont tell my boss)

I've got a load of bits to sell now including KDP gearbox, starter, ECU, Loom, dual mass flywheel (would that sell 2nd hand at 20,000miles?), R32 PAS pump, 84,000mile VR6 engine, 6 branch. I'm hoping to get enough back to pay Andy for fitting it.

Also wondering if the Mk5 downpipe and cats would sell for a decent price. Unsure weather to buy a dubpower manifold of modify the standard one, the flexis are very flexi.

There a load of bits on the engine that I have no idea what it is, one thing seems to be a pump for the crankcase breather near the oil cooler, and a load of other plastic boxes here and there.

Heres a pic of the mk4 and mk5 injectors side by side. The mk4 ones are thicker and longer at the nozzle end but same size for the fuel rail and same plug for the wiring, I swapped mine over today from mk5 to mk4:

could you not just convert cvar to non-ac spec? or was it always fitted as standard...
if not then id assume you can use mk4 6pot lesser model bits, or maybe even vr6 stuff?

50 to 70 for the bracket and about 20 for the pully you may have to add vat on that

looking at etka for 2.8ltr AQP/AUE:
022 260 087 - bracket for alternator (same for ac and non ac)
    022 145 299 D - tensioner
    066 145 933 K - v-belt non-ac, 21.36x1264mm

does the MK5 have some kind of electronic PAS then?

I've got the bracket now but the thing I thought was a tensioner is actually just a roller I think.
