AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

About a month ago I 'won' a LIGHT grey corrado interior (which I've been after for months so KNOW how it looks) on ebay from this bunch of cowboys. I was a bit wary of the 94% feedback but they gave a reason for it (which is b*ll*cks probably) so went ahead with it anyway.

I paid straight away (still no feedback!) and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive... When it did arrive it was the wrong one. A dark charcoal grey one arrived so I rejected it and it got sent back.

I sent an email telling em what happened he said 'yea sorry, i'll sort it out', Fair enough, we all make mistakes, so another 2 weeks I wait...

Today the SAME wrong interior arrived! This time I accepted it so that when I contacted them I could say 'go and find MY interior then when I've got it you can take this one back'

I call them today and what do I get?

'Nah its the right one mate. It's a corrado interior. It's the only one we had so it must be right...' WHAT?! so why did u accept that the first one u sent was wrong? he tried to make out that the first one was a mk2 interior... *sigh*

When I asked if they'd exchange it back i'm told 'nah, we dont want it back...' [:x] ITS THE WRONG f**kING INTERIOR!! [:x]

So now I've got a fight to get my money back and a corrado interior I dont want!! [8(]

    Here's the proof...

The LIGHT grey interior I've been after for months (pic taken in dingy car and it still looks pale)...

The CHARCOAL grey one I've been told is the one above (pic taken in blazing sunlight so it wont EVER look lighter than this)...
    (wouldn't change size [:s] )

    [:x] [:x] [:x] [:x] [:x]

Stay the f**k away from this bunch of muppets because u will just get mucked about and ripped off.

They should be banned from ebay and I'm trying my best to make it happen :)

Sorry for the major rant and it's prob in the wrong section but I felt people should know about this to warn them from buying anything from them in the future.

They gave me bad feedback after I won somethihgn, they said it wasn't
in stock so I didn't bother to get anything else from them.

Then they gave me neg feedback for not getting in contact with them [:x]

ive been dealing with Golfnutz for years now and i have to admit this sounds very much like its Mikes Son you have had the pleasure of ( yes i agree he is a pr1ck) any problems i have had in the past Mike has always sorted . if in doubt ask for him when you call, i could be wrong but it sounds so out of character for him to behave like this.

 same pattern aye but u can see how light the grey is in the top interior... the 2nd interior is NO WHERE near that light.

Maybe ur monitor settings r urine*d...

It sounds like a fairly young bloke. It's whoever deals with all their ebay sales...

You do get that style in two variations. A light and a dark one

Sorry , but ive got to put our case forward on this......

Here is the item number for the corrado seats.. 4544885538

and here is the number for a set of MK2 seats that we had on ebay the same day .. 4544885538

We did mix up the dispatch .. and we did send him the MK2 seats by mistake.. these were returned to us by parcelforce..

We have only had one set of Corrado seats in recently they are the ones we put on ebay and they are the same ones we sent out to him.

weve not tried to rip anyone off ... these are the exact seats I took photos of and the exact seats I sent out..

Im not happy with our feedback rating myself ... I put in a lot of effort on our ebay shop.... But we do tell as many people as possible (its on nearly all our listings) that our biggest problem is not replying to e.mails..

We are just too busy in the workshop .. we give out our telephone number for people to contact us..

We have over 2200 positive feedbacks.. But people only read the negs...

    Mike..

    So whats the craic?

Did Mk 2 jay think he was bidding on a light one when in actual fact it was a dark one that was pictured?

To be fair, theres not that much between them and Id have thought a dull day or shadows etc could account for the difference - the whole mk 2 thing is confusing me.

the seats look so similar in the pics I'd be willing to guess the slight difference is due to age/dirt.

Either way does it really matter that much if they are slightly darker than you expected? from the pics its not like theres much difference [:s]
