I won an item from GOLFNUTZ over 2 months ago. After 1 month, phoned as his listing stated, only to be told they had been let down by their supplier and would be a couple of weeks. After 2 months, phoned again, they would issue a refund. Next week I went back to EBay who contacted him, got a reply after a couple days - would get it sorted. Next week, phoned again - would get it sorted that day - still not here. You say you have no time to respond to emails, but you find the time to post esseys here and respond to negative feedback on ebay - how about you just give me my money back NOW! I agree with munchulike, if you cant cope with posting out all the items your listing, then reduce the amount you do list till youve got too a level you can cope with. I sell alot on Ebay, and understandably there are a few useless ebayers out there, but i sometimes go overboard on listings, and have to stop it for a few days to get the peoples whos money i have sent out. Those people are more important! Ive never bought anything from Golfnutz, but friends of mine have and had nothing but trouble. And really, please ring us as i cant answer all emails? thats just wrong, its an internet transaction!!!!!

Mike, you have been in the business for a long time. Please do not let a good reputation slide because of slack admin. Why not employee a 16 yr old blonde etc to run an office for you and manage your ebay sales etc? that way you can be left alone just to stay in the workshop and do what you do best. Thoughts ? ?
Hi all .. Sorry not had chance to reply for a while ! ! Yes , I know we have big problems .. And as such were are in the process of sorting them out .. We use ebays own power seller program .. which is OK untill like above when paypal or ourselves give a refund , it then thinks people havnt paid as is showing as unpaid.. it then sends out an automatic e.mail stating payment is needed .. we are looking into this .. We are also closing down our workshops !!!![:^(][:^(] And reducing our breaking and storage set up! !! [:^(][:^(] Basicly we havnt got the time or the staff to do all our differant parts GolfNutz.. and as you can see everybody suffers .. We are mving to a MUCH MUCH smaller set-up ( the old unit cost over 2000 a month ) this way we hope to offer a better service .. Before I could only reply to e.mails as they landed .. We had over 1000 sitting in our unread box .. I tried to get somebody in to just to do this .. But all they did was to keep asking me about the e.mails .. so I might as well have not botherd .. So .. Not getting into the politics of it all... Ive dealt with Mike for many years, will always go out of his way at shows to speak to you and never had any problems with service. (apart from a dodgy Mk1 I bought but that was my fault for not checking it properly [:^(] , never buy a car in the rain )
DOH ! ! ! Ive done it now !! We had an ebayer buy 6600 worth of our listings with buy it nows .. Just so he could leave negative feedback ??? Obviosly he hasnt paid for any of it ... I called him an "bottom" in his feedback ,and now im suspended from Ebay for 30 days .. For using "profane " language !! Any ideas anyone ?? I try my best .. and it just gets worse !! Got a pile of new stuff to put up as well .. Crystal MK3 fogs and indicators . etc etc ..

Mike and the guys at golfnuts are doing a stand up job couldnt find a nicer bloke and always happy to help out he sold me a gti exhaust and fitted for me cheap cheap price and nice clean job of cutting out back panel for twin pipes to fit. thanks for all your help
