Tee hee hee... I've kinda Bought myself a little nova 1.2i to use as my Road rally car [:D]

The 1300 Golf's almost dead and in honestly it's lost it's special touch so it's going, to be replaced by a humble vx nova. I love these little thing's and should of bought another nova before i got the GTi, Guess we all make mistakes lol.

I'm currently awaiting for the V5 documentation to be replaced and then i can pick her up [:D]

    Can;t wait...

    Quick Pikkies...

Yup Road rally car, I'm sure it will be a lot better than the Golf mate once the 14se engine has been fitted.

The shell's are a lot lighter, part's are a lot cheaper and there are plenty of motorsport bit's and bat's floating around the second hand market.

The 1300 did hold out for my first road rally, It's suffering now tho and hasnt been healthy since. The insurance for an engine conversion to a 1800 GTi 8v would be far to expensive and the 1300 engine's are (from what i've found) hard to come by.

Along with the fact I personally like nova's and always wanted a motorsport nova from seeing the humble Sport a few years ago. Golf's are good solid car's, shame there such Tank like, It did me proud tho.

It was actually between a nova and a Mk1 Golf but the nova came out ontop.

    Lol.

Novas have got such a bad name, and don't get me wrong I'd never ever own one. It's about image tbh, and nova's remind everyone of barrys with cherry bomb exhausts on their Nova Merits, with pooty body kits and neons etc.

They aren't actually that bad at handling if you spend alot of money, but why bother? They look like a biscuit tin on wheels...

The only Nova I can appreciate is a RWD one, with alot of power.
