    A TDi is a smooth, reliable car, and ideal for motorway cruising...... and a lot cheaper to run than a VR.....

    a tdi isnt smooth, tdi is better round town tbh, which is why i got the vr6, i dont find the running costs much different ither [:s]

    A Tdi is perfectly smooth on the motorway, I drive a TDi Passat a lot and it's as smooth as the 'Rado VR6 I drove for a while ...... and if you don't find much difference in the running costs then you have been driving TDI's with something very wrong with them......

    that car looked like it lost control, smashed through a evostik lorry and ended up crashing into a "kroozin" store, which then ended up with every single piece of plastic tat stuck to it.

    isnt the g60 an 8v fab by the way? that would urine all over a vr6 and is far smoother to drive.

    the chaved up redy pink mk3 drivin by the young lad in golf + with the weird front bumper and he said it was too low even though it was high?

    workin where i work all i ever hear of is vrs with head, ring, and water pump problems.

    yes that results in them blowing up very quickly.

    oh yes mat the one with the sketchy little frog eye fog lamps

    i had a bog standard mk3 1.9 TD which was never featured at all so its not me mate!

    g3 tdi = crank pulleys, injectors, cv joints, head gaskets, air mass meters, engine mounts, glove box latch(all golf 3s) all day long. "how many would you like sir?"

    i havnt got an induction kit, that pic is from the day i bought the car, that induction kit is in richgits car now, i have a standard airbox!
