Looks stunning, be even better when you've sprayed it Verde Green You know it makes sense Or silver, or erm...
A few more pics through from Mr D. I think we can all see the levels of detail involved in this build, and the sound basis it represents for future propsperity on the hills in the challenging times ahead I therefore commend this Budget to the House []
it may be a polo but you wouldnt take the **** out off it!!! it looks like it will bite your head off!!! lol
Were the doors from Haug aswell nick? Did you put the arch vents in yourself or do they now come like that? I assume (from the previous posts) the fits weren't too great or was it the perfectionist in you? Just been on the haug motorsport site, impressive engine and car they have (185bhp from 1300 16v and 6speed) EDIT:- Just seen the arches in a previous pic... so you put them in yourself, nice job! How are you cooling the brakes btw? Alternate method to piping through the front fog light appertures or did i miss something? Where did you get the rear adjustable ARB btw, same person who made the front blade? Also any good detailed pic (from undeneath?) if you dont mind of the front chassis subframe side of things i.e. mountings etc and layout? Really interested to get my head round what you've done in that area further than what I did to mine. Also is the T45 rollcage bar in your inner wheelarch connected through to your subframe aswell or just to the inner chassis rail? Sorry for all the Q's... just been going through this build thread sparking my enthusiasm again. Paul
Another vote for tornado red! Reckon Tornado red on the outside with engine bay, inside & underneath in white or silver would look pretty awesome.
Hole cutter in the drill for the corners, dremmel for the straight bits and wet and dry to finish off.
