dont sell it.....just put in storage and forget about it.

then when you really get the urge you can just use it again.

dont sell it mate.....its rarer than you think ;)

    Don't sell it you f**king monkey! [:x]

I've driven 5 mk2's and yours is easily the best to drive and to look at. I know why you want to sell it but it'd be such a shame to see it go cos it's phatter than you think. Don't think you appreciate the phatness tbh. [8(]

Get the exhaust sorted out cos it sounds pants. Get the rims refurbed. Sorted.

its not a question of getting the urge mate, i love the car to bits in a lot of ways..... trouble is i hate it in a lot of ways as well..... It was a part of my life that i need to move on from...... building the car has caused so much poo in my life and i feel like it is a reminder of the past. Can't change the past though mate. I really don't think selling the car is the answer, I think you'd regret it. [8(]

i was feeling the same about my car......then i went to amsterdam for a few days.....when i got back it was like i had never seen it before.....i sat there and thought to myself.

    'jesus my car is fat'

i think you just need a break from it not to get rid for good :)

Why go through all that pain building it getting it in the ear from the bird "You spend more time with that car than me......You love that car more than me...." etc. Keep the car, give it a polish, get a new bird with a VW tattoo.
